ב'אנו- עושים שינוי' - מתודת עבודה מרכזית שמופעלת בארגון היא 'קואליציה'. האמת, שהיינו מהארגונים החברתיים הראשונים בארץ שהטמיעו את המתודה הזאת לתהליכי העבודה שלנו. אנו מאמינים שבאמצעות שיתופי פעולה ויצירת כח מלוכד ומשותף, נצליח לייצר שינוי משמעותי.

אז מה זאת קואליציה? למה היא חשובה? ואיך אתם גם יכולים ליצור קואליציה? כל זאת ועוד - ממש כאן!

1. מה זאת קואליציה בכלל?

קואליציה היא מעין ברית בין קבוצות/ארגונים, המשתפים פעולה לקידום עניין משותף.

2. למה קואליציה?

היכולת ליצור שיתופי פעולה משמעותיים יכול להיות גורם מפתח בדרך לשינוי חברתי. קואליציה של ארגונים בעלי אינטרס משותף מאפשרת לייצר חץ, לסמן למקבלי ההחלטות מה הכיוון הנכון, לייעל את העבודה ולחבר קשרים, כסף ומשאבים אחרים.

שלבי העבודה בהרכבת הקואליציה:

3. שלב א: זיהוי הצורך וקביעת מטרות ראשונית מהי הבעיה שאנחנו רוצים לפתור? איך שיתוף הפעולה שאנחנו חושבים עליו יוכל לעזור לפתור את הבעיה?

4. שלב ב: מיפוי מיהם השחקנים - הארגונים, הפעילים, מוסדות ציבוריים ומדינתיים, עסקים, רשויות - הפועלים בתחום? מי בעלי מטרות משותפות? ועל מי צריך להפעיל לחץ?

5. שלב ג: איך יוצרים שיתופי פעולה? חשוב להכיר באינטרסים השונים שיש לסוגי ארגונים שונים. למשל - יצרני מזון עשויים להתנגד למהלך שהמטרה שלו היא הורדת מחירים. אפשר לקיים שיחות מקדימות עם ארגונים שונים כדי להבין את פוטנציאל הפעולה, את היחסים בין הארגונים השונים ואת ההיסטוריה.

6. שלב ד: איגום משאבים כל ארגון מביא איתו משאבים שונים אל הקואליציה: מתנדבים, אנשי מקצוע, יועצים חיצוניים, כסף, רשתות תקשורת, ניסיון, ידע ומחקרים. שיתוף של משאבים אלו הוא הסוד ליעילותה של קואליציה.

7. שלב ה: הרכבת ועדת היגוי ועדת ההיגוי היא הועדה המנהלת של הקואליציה. בהקמת הועדה צריך לשאול: מיהם הגורמים שחשוב שיהיה להם ייצוג בועדה? איך יוצרים דיאלוג פורה בין הקולות בשולחן? מי יכול.ה לרכז ולהוביל את ועדת ההיגוי ואת הקואליציה?

8. שלב ו: קביעת מטרות מה החזון של הקואליציה? מהם הפערים בין החזון שלנו אל המצב הקיים? מהם אבני הדרך שלנו שעשויים להוביל אותנו לשם? האם באמצעות העלאת מודעות \ שינוי מדיניות \ יוזמה חדשה? כיצד נדע אם הצלחנו? מהם הצעדים הראשונים שעלינו לבצע?

9. שלב ז: יציאה לדרך

זו זמנה של הקואליציה החדשה להיעזר בכל האמצעים הדרושים ליצור שינוי: ארגון קהילתי, אקטיביזם דיגיטלי, מדיה, לובי, הפגנות ואירועים. שינוי גדול עושים ביחד!
